so....based on the comments and hate......is it worth playing now???
You may try if you'd like to spend half an hour with a game that will never have a proper ending, no real story and no save function. There are several episodes that are somewhat linked but no real story. Look at the walkthrough otherwise you'll miss several scenes.

Haters gonna hate. Kids, this is my story and I decide how it ends. You can always create your own story and finish it any way you like.
That you even have the guts to come here and say that. Kudos to you. We all know you're full of bullshit though.

But how many people told you they found it wearisome to slog through the same stuff to get to the new material in Abyss?
That's why I've started the new game. It has different gameplay without repeating scenes.
You see, nobody is born as game designer. There are no online courses "how to create a good porn game". And people, who know that (like author of DMD) will never share this knowledge. The only way is to try and fail and try again. That's why I keep creating games.

Yeah, that's all fine. Not seeing what part of that process requires shitting on anybody who points out the ways in which you have failed. Seems like you should be seeing them as helping you on your way.

In my opinion the renders were great, the concept was good, uncle (well..) corrupting niece, but the gameplay SUCKED and it finished at the point the story could become better. If i were you id labeled it as part 1 and eventually id make a second part in renpy..That way you would get less hate too..

It would seem that all that are. still not work. I don't know maybe there a bug in my pc or something. When I run Update It be like ...
You need the correct update for your computer and OS. OS version and x86 or x64 hardware platform. You can download the update from Update Catalog directly if needed, but you may also need administrative rights to install it separately.

If you have not got any problems with another Ren'Py game it might be this one is buggy. Did not try it, don't think I should. After all what happened that is...

I think you are getting the wrong idea. No one expects the "greatest game of all time" from you. Actual video game studios can't pull off making decent games themselves. It is a learning process which is a bit hindered by the fact that many (if not all) Patreon porn games creators make their games in an agile manner for monthly releases. However, despite the flaws in your game and the length of time is has taken, you still had people willing to give you the benefit of a doubt. Willing to give you money despite what the game was, in hope that there would be a final product at some point. You did cop out on this one, no matter what you tell yourself. Made it almost to the end of the race but decided walk away because you wouldn't have finished first. In the end, I hope your future endeavors pan out.

Gonna put this out there. If I had spent $ on this I'd probably be mad especially considering the tier system in patreon. The first time I saw this game was about 5-6 months ago and it may of been new then or at least a month old by that point. @slonique Your pledge for getting newest versions of the game is $5 and the limited edition is $10 (unsure if $1 gets the game before public release). So for at least $25-$40 you get this game and then for those who paid $10 per month spent $50-$80 on this. That's more than a console game and sure there are other projects associated to it like your next game but the fact that the game turned out this way is kinda a let down to those who pledged money to you. Honestly I'm actually looking at Patreon in the wrong way, it's due too the fact that I think it should be like Kickstarter instead (which has had it's fair amount of disappointments) or it should give people the option to treat it like Kickstarter instead of this month by month process. At least if you fuck up on Kickstarter things can get pretty bad for a dev, just look at Savage Lands which saw the devs take a 3-4 month hiatus without word and then do a out of the blue update then the whole project crashed and burned.

Not sure about handling it like Kickstarter but that monthly model is counter-productive. Milestones might work, but only if there was a system in place to ensure that not meeting them had actual consequences.

It's probably somewhat annoying for devs as well, at least devs that want to make a living that way, since they're kind of forced to start working on their next game before the current one is finished to retain their customer base. Otherwise they risk (temporarily) losing most of their pledges in the time it takes them to get the next project to a point where it can be presented to the public.

patreon is supposed to be either. a. you pay per update, or b. you simply pay them because you wanna see them succeed but you get nice bonuses. then you have c. you pay them some money regularly to see all their content. c is more up to the patrons if they give enough content regularly. imo a and b is how everyone should do it. and c is for those creators who pump out regularly. when it comes to porn games a good example of someone who pumps out regularly would be ICSTOR, now i know people probberly have their issues sometimes, like amount of content, but you can at least rely that they will have an update to one of their games in 1-3 months, as that is what they have been doing without fail this year and last. so the regulary updates can work, however people should really only support if they want to actually support the creator not just to get content. like pay per update would work, but that can also be abused.

lol that doesn't justify you abandoning a project so many wanted you to complete. just say part one and make part 2 in ren'py its not rocket science XD if you hadn't realised people grow to like characters, and they want to see a proper conclusion to said characters, they might dislike the change of engine but they would prefer that over you know abandoning it but saying its complete just to boost your own ego.

Yeah, some of the comments were really rude here and you may qualify them as hate. However, that doesn't help. Offering some content on Patreon your intention is to make some money and the patrons don't want to spend their money for nothing. Of course they compare your product to others. You announced you would create this and that but you abandoned the game prior to having delivered this and that. You may do as you like but don't complain people are disappointed to say the least.

I understand that it is your game and you can do what you want with it but understand this.
You are a liar and cheated your patrons and it will not be forgotten.
I was a top tier patron of yours for quite some time and kept the money flowing to you based on your saying that v13 was to include sex and v14 was to include anal. Not only did you not do a 14th installment but you did not deliver on the content that you stated would be in this game and let's not forget the unfinished 3rd star in Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Show me your panties and Dinner with the partners. You had the responsibility to advise your patrons once you decided to make such drastic changes to the content of this game and let them decide if they wished to keep supporting you.
I guess I should have seen the writing on the wall when you said that you were going to abandon this project and should have done the smart thing and drop my patronage to you, but when you said that you would honor your commitment and complete the game I gave you the benefit of doubt and gave you more of my hard earned money only to be made a fool soon parted with his money.

I guess when you look at the big picture though, the game ultimately did include anal cause you certainly did fuck all your patrons in the ass!

Shame on you.

Judging from other examples I'm quite certain it will be forgotten. Maybe not by you personally but someone else will come along and pick up the tab, regardless of the previous history.
Breeding Season/Cloud Meadow made it painfully obvious that there are always patrons left to be milked for games that tick the right boxes or cater to the right fetishes.
