The file should reside here btw - C:\Windows\winsxs\<Specific Folder Name>\...
Depending on update state of Win you should have had it. Maybe it got deleted by a driver update for your graphics card??

It would seem that all that are still not work

The author is mistaken in the meaning of complete.

What he should have stated is what it is, he is abandoning further development of this game. It is in no way finished, the story is barely getting started and the game itself is far from bug free.

I'm of half a mind to ask the forum moderators to change the status to abandoned officially.

It's a shame, as he seems to have a good eye for the modeling and whatnot. But if he can't muster the discipline to change things that aren't working, he'll just keep failing.

Man What is this shit. all that fucking build up for fuck all (yes i am pissed cause this is bs) if this is a completed game then i am steve jobs. an abandoned tag should be added to this like most of their other games because that is the truth. don't get me wrong the cg is good, but the rest is shit, this is barely a porn game, more like a R rated novel. i swear slon could be a much better patreon dev and not be part of the "worst group" if they just finished stuff, yeah they can start an interesting story and do good CG but they never finish shit nor provide much content. finishing this at v13 is a big screw you to all their patrons who have been waiting for this shit. so glad i ain't giving them a dime. such a waste. if you are reading this slon here is the constructive criticism, don't be a mega DICK to your patrons and actually properly finish something. this shit all finish was worse than a story ending with "it was all a dream." the disappointment is strong with this one

..... if that is true (not personal attack just harsh truth ) then they are freaking stupid. seriously if you dislike the current engine they should just conlude with fuckbyss part one and make a shittybyss part 2 in ren'py instead of throwing the story all together that so many were invested in. i may sound like one but i skipped most of the story because of the track record and didn't want to get too invested which i kinda did and serves me right for trusting content from someone who keeps crying wolf -_- you think i would learn..... ooo look at this love thy neighbour looks coo... o fuck i have done it again. prepare yourselves for another abandoned project XD i really went off on a tangent there :|

Nah sorry, unfortunately this is a common practice and there's others, but if they say it's finished it's finished. On the eyes of the community it was dropped and that's enough and i'll leave something special in the OP

Uncle or father or whatsoever. I always was annoyed that there was no save function in this game, can't be that much work to implement it. I'm not surprised the dev abandoned the game because I was sceptical about how long he could carry on with 'put her the red dress on' and get 5 bad points to continue. I assume he simply had no idea how to continue sticking to that system. It's a pity, the renders are well made, the 'story' is acceptable. What a waste for the donators, the gamers and the dev(s).

This is exactly what I was talking about. Yeah, end your story however. But you're no more free in your expression than we are in our criticism. Not all criticism is 'hating'; virtually everyone has singled out your eye for visuals as outstanding.

But how many people told you they found it wearisome to slog through the same stuff to get to the new material in Abyss? Are they all just 'haters', or are you putting out a worse product than you're capable of?
