Tattoo artist is in the slums. The shortest way to reach him is to use the town map (white board) where you can select which part of town to go to - choose slums. Once in slums, go north and then you have a stone pathway with stairs - the tattoo artist's doors are on the northern wall.
currently, it's just the two quests from the adventurers' guild (so the quest to take care of the slime in the forest and the escorting mission).
There are a few (possibly more, if you classify as monsters nymphs, mermaids, angels and succubi), but the game is going to have more in the future.

Such eloquence, RPG's aren't for everyone. There are kinetic novels for those that get confused by movement.
Some scenes can be watched again if you masturbate on the bed, but not all of them (I'll try to add more over time, so make sure to share suggestions, if you have any).
If you want to use the debug tool, the travel sphere (in the key item) takes you to a special room. Interacting with the guy in the lower-left corner should unlock all CGs. Then leave through the magic circle to the south to get back to where you were.

nymphs, mermaids, angels and succubi.....well damn. I've definitely put this game off long enough. I did say after the next update I'd play it, and that time has come.

Some people aren't gamers, they struggle with anything more complicated than "press left mouse button repeatedly".

Thanks for the quick reply, but why the protagonist cannot move outside naked when I already have the exhibitionist from the ghost quest? There is no collar either apart from event. As for tattoo, would it be possible to have same tattoo at both arm?
Also, would the walkthrough be update with info on how to get trait? The walkthrough is kinda long & I think I am missing some of it out there.
The main problem is that the trait system wasn't planned when I first started, and implementing a full change to the game wouldn't be feasible (I'd need a LOT of new dialogues to make such an option worthwhile). Clothing options are surprisingly annoying to do properly, unless you plan for them beforehand.
The walkthrough isn't a top priority (it takes time away from the game whenever I have to write it) but I can see to adding more notes, or ask the person who's helping me with that type of additional info.
