The current version has one Lamia (Blessed Nephelym) always standing next to a portal.
The info from Patreon (my post above, inside the spoiler) shows that Wild Nephelym Lamias aren't planned for 0.7 (maybe for a future version, but Idk).

I don't think they will ever be in game.
I asked Developer about Lamias and he said that he has too much of a restrictive animation system that allows him to work only with bi-pedal characters. Since lamias have tails, they would require too much work.
Blessed Nephelim system allows for some interesting designs that are going to be non-bi-pedal characters, but as for breedable race, Derelict told me that it is a no-go.
Yeah, I'm sad as well.
Does anyone have any experience on making this run on linux?
Going through vanilla Wine the graphics just blink in and out of existence.
Going through Lutris and adding dxvk stabilizes things but parts of the mesh turn invisible (I assume it's an issue with shadow rendering).
Any idea on how to set it up properly?

It is the whole (rough) development plan for 0.7, that should mean for all the following versions until 0.8, and development should take some time (he said it extends into 2020, I think it could take a bit longer, but let's see how it unfolds)0.7 looks to be a big one!
The game is honestly way more refined now.
The only thing missing is more Animations and a Map. Dear GOD this needs a map.

Idk, maybe something like enlargement potions or similar things like that? Isn't implemented yet.

Succubus specie added, and they are chasing you to fuck you (Not only succubuses other species fuck you (rape xD) too)
Not sure but I think I remember someone saying working on the sound is a heavy task which is not gonna be happenning before the very late versions of the game, or maybe when the creator won't be able to do everything he wants on his own and will have some people work with him.
Suggestion: Can males have two time more lust/stamina then females, so they can breed with more of them.
Note: When playing as futa and encountering the Kracken the option the have her fuck you like a normal female is not there.
Love the new surprise sex addition. Make game more of challenge.
Would love it more if those sex positions were an option when breeding or have a private field for them to wonder around in.
Suggestion about surprise sex: If implementing Pregnancy
Winning fights Female Character vs male/futa may result in pregnancy.
Losing fights Male Character vs Female/futa may result in pregnancy for wild creature.
Female/futa offspring, unless they have the race barn "offspring will run away one born" Character gives birth in wild.
As for wild creatures, if you have the barn, offspring will come to farm.
Issues though.
When playing a male character, can there be an option the turn off other male other than turning them futanaria.
(I just want to take a walk in the woods and get fucked like i'm the last dick on earth).
