After you gave her the lingerie you have to wait till evening. Approach the mom when she sits in the living room in front of the TV. Ashley will send you some nice pictures.
Also keep watching horror movies with Ashley in the evening, sleep naked and let her join you in the middle of the night. Things are getting very interesting when she starts to wear her lingerie in your bed. :D

When MC done all, shower time,talk with mom in the livingroom 21.00hours, and Ashley is sleeping with Him with the lingerie, is automatic no many time left. Give a look in the new walkthrough that I'm posting now.

Sorry, I can't remember exactly but I believe it was around 22:00 when she is alone in her room and is preparing to go to bed. If that isn't working try different times and locations. There are not that many possibilities.
