Where did you get version 8.1? Now there is only version 8.
The long delay is due to a lack of memory and maximum settings. It is necessary to reduce the load on the memory and disable some options in the settings. Also do not fill the class completely
And problems may be associated with incorrect installation.

In the OP made the third option NOPY. If your internet is blocking everything, then this is extremely weird internet.

I tried that but it keeps start/stop/start/stop it's annoying.
Besides I prefer a torrent file at least I can run that in the background.

But you say that the torrent does not work for you either. It makes no sense to redo the torrent if it works for everyone except you.

I'm not saying the torrent doesn't work I'm talking about the site it's hosted on it's blocked by my ISP so I can't access the link to get the torrent.

I need it to be reuploaded so I can download it.

Yeah I meant version 8.

I've tried reinstalling and the problems persist, so It must be hardware issue although I have a decent amount of memory (16gb).

I currently have ~40 characters total in the school so maybe I'll trim that down a bit.
