no, there is no patch for it and Tengsten isn't going to make a patch for it cause of the way Japanese laws are. Now if someone outside of Japan decides to make a patch they would either have to get the uncensored files from Tengsten or uncensor it themselves, but that is not going to happen anytime soon

Try changing the path. If you already have the necessary to run RPG Maker games, get a clean folder (if u changed something in the game folder) of the game and put It directly in your C Disk.
