If it's because you put the Lust marking on her, you can remove that with the towel.

I don't think there is anything that is 'newer' than the Procrastinatus Content Patch thread linked in post 1 and it is years old. The game doesn't seem to be moddable in a modular sense so the 'mods' are actually standalone modified versions and it is a major endeavor to make one.

There are guides if you use the search function but this is not an ideal pick for it as speed is highly valuable and even switching from keyboard and mouse to just mouse is going to cost you dearly.

Regarding the 3 wanted people, if I paid off the guards to "capture them", will they reappear in the game or are they just gone?

As far as I'm aware, they're just gone.

Go with Procastinatus. Obviously because it's English. Then the spanish version has a few girls that are different, I think.
