I don't think there is anything that is 'newer' than the Procrastinatus Content Patch thread linked in post 1 and it is years old. The game doesn't seem to be moddable in a modular sense so the 'mods' are actually standalone modified versions and it is a major endeavor to make one.

with what mod or patch would you recommend me to have the best experience of the game ? i downloaded the modded version from spanish ppl, but is procrastinus better ? i have no clue
Go with Procastinatus. Obviously because it's English. Then the spanish version has a few girls that are different, I think.
