The art is better for Taffy Tales and the recent updates have been so much better than what Summertime Saga has been crapping out.
I love both art styles so it's a tie there for me. Also, let's not forget something very important, STS is build over Ren'Py, one of the best (if not the best) engines for this kind of games, while TT is cursed with the shitty and repulsive Unity.

I'm not an english native speaking, so... do you mean that consecutively the content will be: v0.12 feature main Clara, in v0.13 Mary and in v0.14 Tiffany? Is that It?
I'm not sure they will have the same version numbers that you listed but the order is correct.

The NTR in Taffy Tales is both completely optional and is very easily avoidable. As of V0.8 there is no NTR available what-so-ever! Once it is implemented, you will have an EXTREMELY straightforward and EXPLICIT choice on whether you want that route to happen.

At least in regards to most the games around these parts (VN/Interactive novels), a dev has to know their stuff regarding it to make a decent Unity game. That's on top of the usual needs of a passable story and as good of art/renders as they can get. Ren'Py, comparatively, comes off as a lot more forgiving. Good art and a good story can be carried by even a basic understanding of it. You almost have to work harder to disable it's quality of play features than to just use them automatically.

That all said though, Taffy Tales is a rare game I truly enjoy in Unity, I don't generally have a problem it's not Ren'Py, it might even be better in this form. (Exception that proves the rule though. 19 times of 20, a Unity adult game would be better in Ren'Py.)

For everyone shitting on Unity:

The reason you think Unity is a "bad" engine (it's not) is because it's probably the most accessible free 3D engine out there. When some amateur designer makes a shitty Slender clone with Unity, the first thing you see when you launch the game is the Unity logo/splash screen. This has really hurt the reputation of the engine over the years.

Ren'Py on my laptop runs like shit, takes forever to save/load, and animations will chug. Not really a problem on my desktop, but I think Ren'Py runs about like Flash Player (see: badly). Unity, however, is a lot more smooth, as long as the developer is smart with their resource usage and optimization.

Unity is as good as the person behind it. Games like Dusk, Cuphead, Cities: Skylines, Ori and The Blind Forest, etc. were made in Unity, and are some of the best indie PC games out there. Unity gets a bad wrap because anyone with a little bit of time can sit down and make a crappy FPS game using default assets, and the good games made with Unity are done using the professional editions, so there's no "Made in Unity" in your face when you launch the game.

As for Taffy Tales:

I really liked this game, for the most part. The female characters are well-drawn, and the kinks that we get to play with (domination, cucking some dude) aren't really done in other games like this. A lot of the humor is pretty great, too. A lot of the characters we've been teased about will have me waiting for more, and giving some on Patreon.

However, there's some issues. One of the bigger one is MC's cock (no pun intended). It seems like every scene, the MC's penis changes sizes. In one, it's just a pretty big dick, kind of like MC's from Summertime Saga. In another scene, it's a vein-riddled horse-cock the size of a tree stump. There's just no consistency behind it.

Another problem I hope can be fixed before 1.0 are the nonsensical and convoluted puzzles. I get it, it's a game, we need stuff to do and conflicts to overcome. Coloring the ruler to be the same as the floorboards, and randomly placing it inside the house on the landing with no hint whatsoever? That's asshole design.

Overall, I had a lot of fun with the game, and some of the art is definitely going in the fap folder.
