There's preg/no-preg variants of the story, you'll just miss out on one or two scenes like "shopping for baby gear" and a couple blurbs about the minor annoyances of pregnancy I guess.

This is how it in the real world works, but in this VN you decide if they get pregnant or not. Whenever they speak with you about a possible pregnancy is the moment you chose it. Creampies in the past are still necessary.

I assume you mean 0.21.1? That's mostly a bugfix for the 0.21 release. The "out of memory" bug some users encountered should be fixed.

Considering that she completely submits to you before the time skip (at least on the respect path), it'd also make sense then, if you told her to stop taking her pills because you want babies with her. Or, as someone else suggested, taking her pills and hiding them or swapping them out, and only telling her later (should probably lose the respect path if you did this on it, though, unless you do it late enough that she's already submitted but just hasn't said it yet).
is there patch from 0.21.0 to 0.21.1 cause i downloaded the game like yesterday and it would suck to download it all again thank you in advance
