did a bit of digging you would need to have WINE.app/winebottler to be able to run it, hope that helps.
It's due to the mac version being a windows version that can be ran on mac with the right app

Anyone know where the game keeps its save files? I wanna delete them all to start afresh, cause the damn thing started glitching and my previous playthroughs are starting to bleed into new ones. For example I'm doing the drow path, and Sandy the bartender showed up as my slave even though I completely avoided any sex with her at all up to this point. I had gone down her slave path on a previous playthrough however.

inputname_sf and inputname_tyrano_data are the save files, these are located in the main folder with the exe
