That you can see them all doesn't mean you will (for instance some people dislike Brooke and avoid her like the plague, so there's a choice there and it's meaningful and alters the story and interactions with other characters, but it won't keep you from seeing a lewd with for instance one of the S3 girls). And in some cases it will also means an alternative, premature ending.
Fair point. Mutually exclusive paths aren't necessary to having a game that lets the player change the story, though they do show that the player can possibly change it more than they could in a game without (that's not always the case though).

If that's the case it makes no sense i mean if you love someone you don't treat her/him like shit
Hmmm, in my experience, it's quite the opposite. Humans are complex beings with many competing desires and urges, psychological and social hangups, quirks and insecurities. You always hurt the ones closed to you, because they have to deal with all that stuff.

Now, what you're getting at is some sort of platonic ideal love. I don't mean the no-touchy stuff, I mean the idea suggested by Plato that there's a perfect version of something (perfect celestial bodies in the sky, perfect ideas in our mind), and all instances we see here on earth (e.g. real life) are flawed. Your suggestion of love is that Platonic ideal, and in my experience it doesn't exist in real life.

It's a very common and popular trope, the japanese call them "tsundere".
The character likes/loves another character but that frustrates them for a moltitude of reasons (don't know how to act upon it, feel like they shouldn't have those feelings, etc.) so they turn that frustration into anger towards the one the like/love.

Yep im aware of the tsunderes but Macy doesn't fit in that description at least not completely cause no matter what we do in the game so far there's no change damn in one save file i even rejected Brooke to see if that makes her a little happy but nop

Yes I know that in real life love like that don't exist at least until one point cause in all relationships it's all ups and downs there's fights too but in my experience when someone treats you like that it becomes toxic and unhealthy im not talking about Macy and the mc in this case because they aren't in a relationship but even in real life when you are attracted to someone if she/he starts behaving like that it's a red flag and can become really toxic i know this firsthand
Its It's just that no matter what the player does she hates the mc lol and i know this is gonna change but still that won't change my mind that you can treat people like that even when they are nothing but good to you.

I disagree, I don't think she hates the MC at all nor do I think that there is "no change in her" towards him. I think she's a confused, scared and even traumatized young woman who has built inner walls as a defense mechanism. Why? Not certain yet, maybe it's survivors guilt, maybe it's something that happened between her and the MC previously or maybe she blames him for her mothers' death. We will need more info before it becomes more clear, but either way we have seen moments in which she does let her guard down and opens up to the MC. Now it's been a few months since I played this, but in my play through I recall her having moments were even she seems confused as to why she's so angry at him. I'm sure it will become more clear in future releases, but I don't think she's a toxic person...just a young woman who is dealing with some emotions and baggage she hasn't figured out to handle yet.

I think it may be more to it than that......if I remember right, I think there is a condition for girls called Electra complex or something like that. (basically where the daughter is trying to get rid of the Mother and take her place as a Wife)
I don't think Macy is struggling with blaming Dad for Mother's death....so much as, she probably had a thing for the Dad for a long time and wished that the Mother would just die so Macy could then take her place.

The Mother then passes away....not sure if it was said how (don't think it was though), either by accident or sickness.
Anyway, I think deep down that Macy blames herself, for having wished it to begin with.....and then it happened, and now she don't know how to deal with it.
She still has those same feelings for Dad, and wants their relationship to move forward, despite her blaming herself.

I also think the first and last scene, where the Dad kisses her and snaps out of his stupor.....first calling her the dead wifes name and then panicking when he realizes its Macy.

Not only did it shoot guilt in Macy for Mom, but may have also felt like a direct insult and rejection from Dad...at the same time. That's when she cocked back and floored him good...Lol!!

I bet in the morning she'll have a different take on it (having had the whole night to cool down and think) and she'll have to then open up and have a serious talk......followed buy hot sweaty animal sex with him after...Lol!!...................Peace!!

I think you meant to say, "Just in time for Xmas 2021".

Unlocked

Yes, you're right. And this is where we're at:
Finished all rendering. There's some cleanup and corrections to be done, but every image for the next chapter is made. Also, all writing and scripting on chapter 3 is finished. That means it's content complete.
Proofreading is about to start. After my final end to end play through today, I'll have a version to hand over to the proof readers.
What's left: while proofing is underway, I'm doing a short bonus x-mas scene. I'm also need to update the gallery and have a summary at the end. I'll do that in parallel with proofing.
So, with just about a week to go, it looks like chapter 3 will be (just) in time for x-mas.
