Open the save game with an online save editor or something similar, then move the save to it's supposed location.
The reason to why it fails is, AFIK/Own experience because of encoding of the save file itself.

The motorcycle part specifically is based on a custom script and not a native RPGM function, so it will probably not work correctly on Android (since there's no official android release) without tampering with it.
