Look at the Patreon, they are raking in a shitton of money for barely any work. 6 or so months ago the updates they put out had a lot more content in them. They're not treating it as a job but doing barely enough to keep the money coming in. Meanwhile there are devs who get a fraction of that amount of funding and putting out a lot more content, the money should go to them instead. If they have no passion they should stop and can just make it open source, slap it on github and close down the Patreon instead of milking it for cash.

You can sum it up on that, there are many people with money on internet who love to spend money on their fetishes, even if its not worth it.
I have seen many Patreons like this one or even worse (if you like femdom you sure know who im talking about), but this niche has so few good games that it doesnt matter, if you did something good in the past you can milk it forever.

So piracy is irrelevant if a free game is mirrored on this site and the devs visit the forum from time to time to communicate with fans. However I agree that complaining about content of a free game is pointless.

Let me disagree with you, if they give you free shit, you have no right to complain? If I don't like something about the game I will say it even if I get paid to play it, and my complaint is not about the content update itself, its of the quality of it.
When the original creator was still developing the game you could see the love and commitment he had to this game, for this reason it has become one of the best of its kind, now I feel like a robot that write random words is working on this project.

Back in February X made a post talking about all the problems they were having and stated they hoped to have an update for the end of February but apprantly it would only be a small update which would add to the story, that being said the update never happened. But if it had and this was the update they provided I would of said fair enough as their main coder is currently unable to work due to illness however the problem is that the update wasnt feburary but instead march, so I expected that the update would of been bigger and atleast more story driven rather than what i can only really describe as filler.And yeah they are doing it for "free":

When someone says it will focus on adding new story content I take that as they will advance the story such as more cheerleader content or add more to the guardian story not, heres a few lines of wearing high heels have fun, not for atleast 2 months worth of work.
Its not even like they dont have the content as X said in the post "new story content which has been ready for release as well", which suggests to me the content has been ready since before 2 months ago.
Overall I still love the story and hope the developers get their act together as I really dont wont this game to get cancelled or end up like other projects where theres 3-4 months between updates. I don't believe the developers are only doing this for the money as they changed their patreon to only take payments when a release is made rather than every month.
I wrote that complaining is pointless. Of course you have the right to post your opinion in a civilized way (free speech, forum rules) but just complaining usually leads nowhere.

PE is a game that's really begun to disappoint me, for similar reasons as other posters. One thing I really wonder about is where do the new devs want the story to actually go? I was hoping that the cheerleader content would go off in a really different direction, perhaps with the dad of the friend getting involved with the MC. Likewise, it would be nice to get some reasons why the therapist corrupts the MC but we just get to watch some wonderful gifs... They're nice but a backstory is also really good.

Is the cheerleader content still mandatory? I found it very off-putting to have to deal with being "dominated" by teenage brats.
