With the ending scene with Sis walk in the street she say that she stupid to go see Brodie and think that he really wanted to help her. So i think that she gonna break with him fast and be more closer to MC

Yep my thoughts also ... I guess she will cheat on the MC with some hot dame ... like in his prescient dream with her and Victoria...I won't be surprised when a girlfriend finds someone else while we're on this island. And besides, I was a bit curious about her reaction when talking about the dream MC (threesome) When MC said that he dreamed of threesome with her and someone else she immediately suggested a man (threesome 2 boy 1 girl) when she said it she still had a smile on the face, and when the MC said the woman was immediately a serious expression. Suspicious for me, but maybe I'm exaggerating.

Dot's games are devoid of personality, they're empty shiny shells. Bland, streamlined and boring.
I don't know if someone shared this theory but I think that MC's old boss will try to persuade him to accept the buy offer for the hotel in exchange for the senior associate position or something similar. Also, the groundwork is already set as Mr. Gascoigne showed his displeasure with Grayson when he was in the meeting with Brodie's dad. This decision will cause calamity with the sister but for someone who may be on Nicole only route, could be the best outcome.

I feel like Nicole is possibly not even an ending option, maybe something very premature and you just going back. Hell, you can't even get a single relationship point with her in game

To be fair, Nicole's part is almost all prologue with no point distribution whatsover. So, maybe in the future.
Also, if I read correctly some pages ago, there won't be any cheating from Nicole's part as Mr. Dots said (that's what I understood feel free to correct me if I am wrong). So, Nicole should be a love interest.

The only possible half-cousin MC have is Shortcake. And why would he fuck her??? If you meant MC's half sister, so yes, it's very likely.

Of course is an assumption that he means Grayson as it is not stated clearly. Then, it's more plausible I think that it's Grayson as Gascoigne said he backed us for the position instead of Grayson.
