You have to have a house in the game and do things around the house (housework, laundry, etc) a bit to get the dog to have sex with your character. It takes a bit but the prompt will eventually appear.
Should the dog be visible in my house? Because my 'neighbor' has appeared in my house and won't leave. But my dog is basically non-existent.

Yeah. It basically just said ' is happy' and then ' is lethergic and realizes how bad an owner I am' (Keep in mind, I can't find a bloody pet food store. This UI is really clunky)

Edit the 2: I've adopted 2 dogs. neither shows up in my contacts. So I can't walk or feed them. I spent a week cleaning house & doing laundry and go no interactions with them. Not even just them being happy.

Even just using it for vanilla sex, the layout is cluttered and clunky. I can't find my 'Favorites' list to get home easily, so if I don't write down the name of my house, I can't find it.

It's a neat idea, but it's just horribly cluttered and unintuitive.

Yes but how? No one has answered that and 281 pages is allot to go through.

I turned on the beast mod and got ONE scene with a horse by being a porn star. Out of 15 attempts to 'find shoots'.
I also made animal companions, and I see the game data has scripts for dating animals, but when I try in game, the game breaks. The name of of the person replying is a blank, and it shows the animal with a t-pose of clothing above it, and they then turn me down and disappear.

I must be doing something wrong.
Go into 'LifePlay\LifePlay\Content\Modules\vin_Bestiality\Scenes\' and have a look at the files, just open them in notepad etc. I am not doing it as this is one of the few fetishes I wont go anywhere near!

I've realized the random changes to NPCs are almost always to family, usually spouses. Save and reload doesn't work as it seems to happen at save. Name change is visible in room upon load, but in characters they are how they were with their stats. After a short play time they change. Only thing is to change back best you can, maybe write down stats and change back. This is probably the most important thing to fox, with pregnant belly not going away 2nd.

Also,for porn scenes plenty of 2D are still coming up. Most work, but some, like the police station, it doesn't and is street scene no visible characters. If sb isn't going to be back soon, as seems likely, maybe you should make those old ones work, too, or for the actual street scene make it the same one used when walking from location to location?

I'm having a problem dismissing my companion. I have all of SexyBastardos mods (loved his TK17 mods so I didn't even hesitate to add them). I believe there is an issue with the new goodbye and the current build. I searched for an answer or even the same problem in the thread, but didn't see any.
I'm not looking for a fix, I just thought I should alert the thread. If it's not a problem with the new goodbye, I apologize, I just figured it would be the cause from it being the only mod I have to edit dating. Heres waiting for stable 3.

Originally, I planned v3.0 Beta 4 to focus on adding new API functions to existing scenes to adapt them better to the new fully 3d animated scene system, then the final update of the overhaul (v3.0 Stable) would focus on bug fixes, stability and performance optimization. However, on second thought, I've decided to 'swap' the focus between these last two updates of the v3.0 overhaul, working on stability and performance first in Beta 4 then the API / lpscene stuff in v3.0 Stable. This is because the last two updates Beta 2 and Beta 3 added so many new systems that the game is too buggy right now which prevents many people from trying out the new systems. Besides, in order to ensure the final v3.0 Stable release in early May will actually be 100% stable, it was probably not the best idea originally to leave all the important bug fixes and performance optimizations to the last minute. With that said, here are the plans for v3.0 Beta 4:
- Fix many bugs that have been accumulating over the past two beta updates, with emphasis on the game-breaking ones like that one where people in your contacts randomly changing gender or appearance.
- Improve performance in terms of frames per second by optimizing the game's process of checking and applying AI packages happening in the background
- Improve performance in terms of smoother / more seamless gameplay and less and shorter freezes while the game is loading assets (furniture and clothes) or generating characters into the world, by putting some of the loading processes in the background using the multi-threading system added in Beta 1. For the loading processes that aren't thread-safe and can't be put away in the background, I'll try to change them to occur when the player doesn't feel the impact of the freezes at all or as much.
- Improve compatibility with mods - the aim is for all third-party mods to work with Beta 4 in terms of functionality, with exceptions for a few 'awkward-looking but functional' scenes here and there that will still have to wait for the mod authors to add the new API functions to after v3.0 Stable.
- All commissions (animations, maps and scenes) for April from patrons and contributors
- Other bug fixes and improvements
- Put simply, Beta 4 will be Beta 3 minus the bugs. It will also perform much better both in terms of FPS and less freezes from loading stuffs.
Estimated Release Date: Saturday, 18 April

Here comes a new Basement it is a "bit" darker as my last one and i hope it looks like a real Basement.
The Darker Basement was requested by xXx_Rae_xXx (Thank you for it, it was hard to build and frustrated me, but it was fun) :)

But first a warning to everyone who wants to use this room, please if you don't like Eye-raping... press [Esc] -> Settings -> then turn the Slider for the "Shadow Quality" completely to the left side.
I had tried a many things to fix the Shadows in this Room, but it have to many custom parts in it... so this is the only way to fix the creepy and ugly shadows (sorry for that) :cry:
Also, do not use the Wallsex positions, if you use them the actors will be under the stairs :eek:

The same as always, if you found broken parts or errors or something else... please let me know that :)

Yes, you just need to circumvent the version checker.
I did a sloppy edit on this line: "If version_main >= 2 && version_sub < 18" in nn_pe_scene_start_porn_empire (I deleted the first '>') and it works fine.

Edit: I suppose it would not hurt to mention the edited file is nn_pe_scene_start_porn_empire.lpscene in the Scenes folder of nn_PornEmpire

I will adapt PE to LP 3.0 once Vin finished it. Its too Beta for me to start ATM.
I look forward to this, I like your work so far.
Meanwhile, would it be too much trouble to remove or edit your faulty version checker and make a release that is otherwise as-is?

Does anyone have an idea why my bestiality scenes always end up in the women taking a sex position and the horse/dog just standing in the default position?

I don´t have that issue for human scenes...

When I try to play the game I get this error "LifePlay-Win64-Shipping.exe- Entry Point Not Found The Procedure entry point K32GetProcessMemoryInfo could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

Hm, I could but none of the PE scenes really works with the current 3.0 beta versions. (All Actors will stand "somewhere", usually in each other or some furniture) - that is why I prefer not to remove that line. It works as intended ;-)

You can customise characters in game. For npc's go through chargen and save the preset then load it in/from your contacts list. (Or alternatively edit the npc directly from the contacts list.)

3.0 Beta 4 includes a public beta testing period before the official release. So, here are the links for those wanting to help beta-test this version (or just really impatient). No previous beta testing experience is required - it's as simple as playing the game normally and report any bugs you encounter.
  • (requires v2.0 Stable or later)
(Update 17 April: Added RC2, allowing NPC to wear shoes and fixing a couple of minor bugs)

The beta testing period will last around 36 hours, aiming for official release of v3.0 Beta 4 (which will include the rest of the platforms and mirrors of course) on Saturday, 18 April.
My preferred channel to receive bug reports from beta testers is via Discord. But a reply here would do too.
If you're not interested in beta-testing the game and are not super impatient to try out the new content in this version, it's recommended to just wait a bit more for the final v3.0 Beta 4 releases.
