Well after 4 days playing the game, i got almost all achievements... 2 more to go:

1. 'The Hidra' : Win as a many-headed dragon
2. 'Absolute Predator' : Defeat an angel, titan, and golem as one dragon.

Maybe i am wrong, but i think there's an error at the data.py file about 'The Hidra' achievement... because i got a dragon with 2 pair of paws, 1 pair of wings and 2 heads and didn't get the achievement... Looking at the source file:
Achievement(name = u"The Hydra",
description = u"Win as a many-headed dragon",
goal = "win",
targets = [u"multi headed dragon"]),
I think that instead of 'multi headed' should be 'many-headed'... but maybe i am missing something.

EDIT: Finally got all achievements :)
But also got an Error mentioned before in this thread AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'childimg3' ... managed to bypass it... don't have a clue how to really fix this...

There's a fanmade version of this game called "Time For Dragons" by eliont that got the creators approval do you mean that one? it appears to have higher ratings on this site, if you mean an older version that was easier, sorry no idea.

I'm having problems on the mission to change lair, it doesn't matter who i defeat, i have no option to make their place my lair and i end up losing the game eventually.

near lair there's a button called places, which gives a list of places where you've been or know where they are (abandonned castle, etc) if you go to one of these then you can select a new lair

Actually, going to that option didn't give me any further options to turn the place my lair, only the option to exit. Could you post a picture of it?

that's the mobilisation one isn't it? bassicly you need to gain enough notoriety for you to get the mobilisation event during your sleep, after that you need to cause enough damage (just destroy a few farms) in order to get the mobilisation hindered event during your sleep
