I´m afraid a bit of the oposite. I don´t see the pressure building up, but releasing it.

The tension in this story has three sources. Macy´s guilt, Mc guilt and the social barriers and the wall of social conventions that come agains intimacy between closed relatives (being wards, daughters, nephews or whathever was the player´s choice)

The two guilt springs had been broken in this updates. And the strongest wall keeps no chances against the tenacity and cunning of our clever and lovely little goblin. A true sapper indeed.

As I see the story, chapter 5 be the opening of the gates and building of a new relationship. And chapter 6 the closing of the story. May be three chapters more, instead of two. But the walls had been broken in this chapter. We are, from this chapter on, going downhill, aproaching to the end.

And that´s something that scares me. Closing a story is may be the most dificult part of it. The developer can easily fall in love with his characters. The fan base can put lot on presure asking for more. It´s dificult and requires lot of courage to end something that it´s succesfull. You can see it in a lot of series. "This serie was amazing till season 6, but seasons 7-8-9 goes worse and lack tension and pourpose ".

Introduction, climax and conclusion its the clasical structure of a story. 4 chapters we have and I believe that we have gone throuh Intro and Climax. Now, in the nexts ones, we must go for conclusion of the story.

You forgot the chapter where every single character is in a smelly Banana costume.

This HAS to happen!!

Other than that, I agree. Don't drag out a story just because. Tell the story you want to tell, finish strong, and move on to the next story (with the knowledge that expectations will be unreasonably high).

Have to say I'm the exact opposite. Power through the scenes with Brooke (and avoid them where possible), S3 has become one of my favorite parts of the game.

I absolutely LOVE this game!
The story is amazing and deep, the character art is very different and last but not least the game is extremely hot!

First Contact it´s a little game that well deserves a visit and a play.

Nobody get this wrong. It don´t play in the same leage that LoML. Not by a country mile. But you can have a glimpse of the virtues that came after in LoML and have moments that makes you laught hard

I uhhh, really didn't know what I was getting into with this one but was capture by the pregnancy tag (though, again, I feel it's a bit dumb they don't have separate tags for impreg and already pregant but whatever) and gotta say I pretty much enjoyed it. Not sure the slow pace woulda been tolerable if I'd have started from version one but if this is the halfway point it's been pretty baller.

I was kinda hoping that you ended up preggin the redhead in the office by accident but seeing as I picked the wards over her I guess it won't matter none

Yeah, I'd like to get back to it at some point, maybe do little standalone chapters. But that's pretty far down the line.

The background of Macy, Denise and/or Charlotte is by canon undetermined. They're from whatever background you feel fits.

For me, their loock claims semitic inheritance. You can go from Syria to Moroco, to Arabia or Jew bloodline. Any time the wife appears, it´s reminds me Mia Khalifa.

The place of the story, any country with presence of this base or with inmigration from this places fits nicely. All the detaills claim a kind of Westernish country.

US (being a melting pot where you can find a bit of anything). Israel. Or also, in my country (Spain) can find people with this kind of factions. Preroman Phoenician colonies (I´m from a town founded by Amilcar Barca, the father of Anibal ) and being conquered and have 800 years of muslim part rule (712 to 1492) makes a dent in the gene pool.

Or, as the developer has said, anywhere that fits you.

I could write a page long review of how awesome this update and game was, but I would just waste everyones time.

Good job dev. Update was good, game is good. Love everything about it.

I guess we will see some fireworks in the next update....Only wish it was out already!!!
