I'm pretty sure there aren't any that provide non-incest.
As for non-ntr, it will only apply to mod content, not the native content of the game.
What you're asking for would basically be a non-incest remake with the women only having sexual relations with Max.
Ah, misread that. Typically when people are mentioning it, they're wanting it gone. Which leads to the somewhat obvious thing of there probably not being any that add (or add more) NTR than is already in the game.

Would you mind recommending some mods then? I'd hate to have to go through them all. I'd be tired of the game before I was done.
I generally don't touch the mods, because they use what is basically fan art, and the quality of the images added are all of different quality and there are noticeable differences in the models between the original and additional images.
Also, the quality of the writing in the mods is a little... crappy, to be honest. Like bad fan fiction, they're just there for the game to go how they wanted it to go, instead of what it might have been had DS not abandoned it.
I don't think a single one of them actually picked up on any of the story threads either. Just being solely concerned with having more fap material.

This is a bit of a contradiction. If you're not having sex with your family members, not intending to have sex with your family members, you're not losing your family members to Eric, so that's not NTR. You want Eric to steal Olivia from you?
This game was never changed for Patreon appeasement.
No mod necessary. Max already has the means to record - laptop and the spycam streams. DS just never followed through on the logic.
That logic is also why Eric clearly has access to at least one camera in that house, the house that he wants... There's a massive plot thread about the house that starts at the beginning of the game, is touched upon a couple of times, and abandoned before the game was.

The fact that Max couldn't monitor his own cameras was very strange. Of course, these cameras don't have sound, Eric's threats and admissions wouldn't show. Still, there should have been so much to show Kira to show how bad things were.
I also wonder why he didn't give Lisa the cash to monitor Alice's cam. She could have taken over the "Mike" account. So many logical gaps...
Of course, the implication that Lisa was peeping on the camshows, and Alice peeping on Kira's training sessions were never explicitly shown.

That's the thing, the most obvious conclusion (since it's not stated otherwise) is that they do have sound. Wouldn't make much money at all streaming everything if there was no sound, especially with the first camera (the same one in the lounge that Eric most likely has access to) that was already there before the family moved in.

Max may be a perv, but he still loves his family. Eric does not love them.

Another thing to consider is how Ann's back story plays into this. Both Ann and Kira suffered some sever childhood trauma as kids. This is how Eric was able to manipulate Ann so easily. Eric is an experienced conman and predator who recognized the signs in Ann from the start.
One could surmise that this trauma had a big part in who Ann raised her kids. They're all a little broken, not just Max. Though Kira had a less traumatic experience, I expect her earlier inability to keep a job was related to this. By acting in porn, she is able to express her urges and take control of her life. I can see where she can view this process as liberating her family as well.
Compared to many of the other rendered games out there (like Milfy-City, or Long Live the Princess, for instance), molestation of sleeping friends and family members is a very minor aspect, only a blip in the overall story.
Max may be a bit lower in character than MC from Sumertime Saga, but he's way above some of the characters out there, IMHO.
That said, I would have liked to see even more romance.
