It's a false positive. There's no virusall the downloads have a trojan in them. what gives OP?!

So I tinkered around the code and found that you can get gallery open with simple line changes.
Drop the files to game folder and gallery will open all videos.

Yes, and you would be correct. I downloaded this game a while ago. I forgot about it for a while at this point up until my games were becoming laggy. So I decided to do a full system game and found this (picture in the post). You can see this is a severe trojan horse that is said to be directly tied to the exe file itself. From what I have read, this could be used to mine cryptocurrency. It starts by using your PC's power, which is why my games may have been chugging a lot lately, where it was never doing that before. This virus can also be used to spy on all your online activity as well, such as banking information and other passwords to access personal/sensitive information. Vigram.A can also reinstall itself secretly back onto your computer unless you delete the core files, which is why the first step I'd take would be to remove the entire game itself and wash yourself away with it. I would appreciate anyone with more computer knowledge than me to post here or DM me because, with the experience that I have had after downloading this, I can assure you that this is beyond a "false positive."
I'm glad I'm not the only one having this happen. Not touching this one until it's been remedied. Which makes me sad, ME is one of my favorite franchises.

Ok guys, check your file size and date. I have a copy of 1.0 that checks clean with Avast. It could be that someone got to it after release. Since I downloaded it I've played the game through but I haven't run it in a while but it was clean then. Exe file size is 111,104 It came from the original zip file with a size of 2,307,285,935 and a date of 12/30/2018 9:57PM Any variation in file size should indicate hacking.
hi just downloaded the compressed version on Mac and the game wont start/open, any suggestions?
Unless you compile your own renpy version in the version of OSX that is native to you, it's never going to work.
There are some devs or releases on here that don't work and numerous others that do. They never fix it. I use both windows and OSX.

lust effect windows reports the file size as zipped file size is 2,253,216KB. Unzipped Size is 2,365,127,326. Winzip says the file size unpacked is 2,307,055,260. Modified file date of 12/19/2018. Something has changed, i'm not sure what.
Executable shows as 109,000
I just tried the Nopy feed, it too causes windows to flag it as quarantine.

It looks like some baddy got to the original save.. Can someone check with the Dev? or would we dare, we being essentially unofficial downloaders? However if your copy came from the 'official' source, I'm sure they want to know.
