i don't know why i can't seem to get past the minigame in which i have to kill troops outside ship..is this a bug...can anyone help me with this

Please check thread if this is solved already. At top to the right enter 'minigame' into search field, choose to only search in 'this thread'. Maybe there are answers to your question. See e.g. here, perhaps this does it? Did not play the game, so not sure.
- Save a bit before the troubling sequence, end the game.
- Make a copy before you replace a file, pack the copy away (e.g. into .zip archive).
- Let new file overwrite older one in the directory.
- Restart the game, load save and test with new / other file.
Report back if it helped / helped not.

i played exactly same way walkthrough says but at the final end, real shepard came... also, tali's light at quest log is not yellow (and seems i missed 3 video) :/ idk what to do & how to do... lol ... any full save for harem ending?
In OP, the walkthrough is v0.992 (up to Day28, then jump to Day 38, where is Day 29 to 37 and after 38?). And in https://f95zone.to/threads/lust-affect-kosmos-games.1482/post-1399164, the walkthrough is also the same as OP (v0.992) although it indicates v1.0.
Can anyone post complete walkthrough please?
