Ok... so... Can someone help me with this? How to progress with this quest to level 3 out of 6? I'v watched them in bedroom few times... watched with them some movies and got bunch of other events... and still cant talk with Julia about Nick... Do I have to do something more than that?

and obviously I did all non optional parts and almost everything from optional (excep 2 encounters with Nick when taking a bath coz its always Julia who comes in... cant get any new event and im stuck there... no option to talk with her about it.

nevermind... had to get 2 events with Nick while bathing... "optional" is also required...

I can't get on to play. Been a patron for over a week and I have played 1 times.
The rest of the time it's just on the load screen

No, it definitely works. There are times when Kate does not refer to Julia as sister in conversation, but at other times, yes.
Also, the NPC mapping works with either character line. The mapping is outside of the individual games and seems to persist across games.
Plenty of sex with one of the MCs, Kate. In my play, she started having sex around day 115 or so. The shower scenes were weeks before.
Ironic advice. The thread (quoted above, btw) was about the MCs (i.e. Max and Kate) having sex. People were listing the names of people Kate could have sex with. Andrew and Oscar definitely aren't protagonists, but they are people with whom Kate can have sex.

I suggest you follow the relevant quotes as well, and then learn the definition of irony before acting so smug next time.
niko82's post is a mishandled reply that's written within the quotation tags of armion82's post above, where he specifies male characters and not main characters, therefore my reply to him was not ironic at all, but in fact completely on point with what was being spoken of.

Hard to tell, First are you playing Kate or Max? I mention Max, and Max is not much of Content but 0.27 will nearly all about him.
If you want something like him Play Big Brother from the same Dev.
