Ah, I checked it. There is a bug that causes this quest to show up before it is supposed to. You can do it after a certain story line with her later in the game.
I'll fix the quest visibility.

Norton Anti Virus, straight up deletes most .dll files. Manual override on my end got the game working again, but at least for my system, a good chuck of the game data was automaticly deleted.
Seems i'm alone with that issue, so its fine for now.

Thanks for the info. I'm not exactly sure why, but it seems that it sometimes randomly flags unity (at least according to people on the forums)
I dunno about anyone else but seeing nudity in the main thread screenshots just completely puts me off the game. I've already seen what I want to see and I didn't even have to grind for it.
Well i am at the hazel quest, and that service icon thing is still not showing up, i'm currently stuck on that main quest.

You should be able to do it, once the quest "The trial" is completed. Quests from other girls will lead you to that one (e.g. getting Scarlet to talk). There aren't any other quests that depend on the service check, so it shouldn't be blocked you from anything.
I'm currently building a fix, but just to make sure, can you maybe send me your save C:\Users\<user>\AppData\LocalLow\HachiGames\HailDicktator\save (appdata is a hidden folder so you have to enable seeing hidden folders first).
Would be nice to have some choice regarding how harshly you treat certain girls.
For example, MC ought to go way harder on somebody, idk whom... *cough* Sarah *cough*

Kinda wish they would downsize the size of the game on Android's...I think it's fair if u wanna play on Android u gotta deal with the less graphic size...so what if the Android version is not in HD lol lotta ppl complains about the graphics who cares if ur on Android it be what u gotta deal with lol

I'm looking into making a downsized version for android. That would also help with some of the memory issues on some phones.

Cool....I just think if ppl wants to play on mo Ile they should deal with crappy graphics price to pay if they want great graphic go to PC ♂ it's way I see it lol I'm more into the story then anything when it comes to these games

I don't think so it is pretty slick especially if you are on PC and use mouse wheel to go back (finding girls at right time right place)
Since the dev is in the forum I'll add that my antivirus (Norton as well) also went absolutely haywire when I tried unpacking this. dlls such as "Monetization" were removed. You're not trying to bitcoin farm innocent horny folk, are ya?

Reality: No, I can't because when I peek I am informed that I need 30 Love. I've been stuck on 20/20 for the past couple of hours and trying everything to get another 10 and not able to do so. (I've done each of the kitchen cooking scenes multiple times and any/all of them are no longer rewarding any points.)
I'm going to light the incense next....
