Every route, as far as I know. But just use the patch and the scenes are re-enabled.

You will need to replay from the start - from the game's Changelog:All my saves until 0.99 are gone !?!
On a prior question of whether this is completed or not - this was offered as the game's final form, including bug fixes, re-renders, etc. The Dev's Discord no longer shows Status for this game, only the follow-on game effort.

More than one? I count different pictures & animations that play at the same place and/or during the same 'event' as one scene. So if that in the parlor is everything i'd say one scene ... or did i really miss something?Oh there is more than one scene.

If memory serves me right it has been twice. The second time it was a menu option as to who to call. Plus it may have been removed from the final update. Of course my memory has been disappointing me lately so it may even be another game I am remembering. If that's the case, you have my apologies.

Waaaaaait ... i think you are mixing this up with Midlife Crisis. Bc there was no futa/trans content in PL prior to 1.0 as far as i know. Midlife Crisis had this 2nd time with the trans as a menu option to chose.
It is indeed every route, or at least should be for safety's sake, as Sofi was reduced to underage due to the timeline shift.
You can avoid her if you wish, just don't play a route with her getting some...attention.I really, really like this game!
The masseuse in a certain section of the game, I never encountered her because I have only played a couple routes due to deciding to hold off until completion on a full play through.
