Umm... You are aware that Herdone it the head of the mansion right? And that many backers are Female RIGHT? The "Gentelmens Club" your referring to amendment it's to allow Female members... Didn't you get the memo Graag? That Female Visitor rule was amended from female to female "Student"? It's 2020 dude! Women are just as perverted.

The mansion although could be a place or boarding house for teaching and/or training visitor teachers (so as Miss Swallows and Mr. Cummings) in HM´s educational theories.
Amy (and Lucy? if she would have paid well enough for it) or some other girls may be employed as training objects for the in disciplining interested visitors.

IMO I see a scenario where one of the backer is tired of just watching and want to get in on the action. So they have a mansion build on the school property and now the HM has to A) allow and assist the backer in their perverted adventure or B) Fight the Backer to get back to "teaching" the students.
Another scenario is Dianna gets her father to build her ha mansion... yeah that don't make sense...
Maybe a "Guest House" for potential donors?

Sneak preview: the cafeteria

As Altos has already announced, once of the new locations in 0.9 is going to be the cafeteria, and that one of the new characters is going to be a dinner lady. With that in mind, I thought I'd share a few pictures that Altos posted on his discord of the cafeteria. There first two are early shots - they've still got Japanese writing visible, although Altos has said that Herdone has been hard at work covering all that up. The last one gives a better idea of what it will probably look like in the game.

Mind you, when I look at these pictures, I feel an urge to eat something... and I'm not talking about the food :p

Impressive facility, But why are the students using a cafeteria that is under renovations? Where are the dildo stools?

I am more focused on the context part here seeing the humiliation that girl can't sit with their skirts covering their bottoms.

As for dildo stools, it is out of context so far, but I am sure it will eventually have a chance to be instroduced
when the headmaster learns the horny chemical recipe from Chang to add into the food. ;)

It is? I thought it was made in Honey Select (though the two games are rather similar and there is a lot of overlap in terms of which assets you can use, so I can see myself being wrong here)?

Also if @PheonixFireeye is interested in HS or PH, they can feel free to DM me. I'm still a kinda a dumbass when it comes to this game, but I know some resources that could be helpful to new players.
