The idea just came from the title: why call the gamer intertwined? How could all the characters be intertwined? What relation could there be between (for example) Cara, Layla and Erryn that would give some unsuspected relation?

The spiel at the start ends with "Find out how all of them are "Intertwined"!" so as you said it's all the characters it seems and what better way of hammering that home with a mad sex orgy.
I agree about some tags that are not yet included in the game. Taking out "sleep sex" which you've already mentioned, "cheating" is probably in Tori's route, although with the toxic relationship she has with her boyfriend I couldn't tell if they were still together at that time or if it can be considered cheating. And if it's not for Tori then that tag shouldn't currently be there. "Lesbian"? C'mon it was just a kiss from a deeply drunk Elena. "Corruption", I don't know the exact definition of that tag but I don't think it fits what we've seen so far. And, either I've been blind since the beginning, or recently some uploader/mod has added the "incest" tag, which with the current content shouldn't be there either.

This web describes incest as "Sex act between family relatives, including those not related by blood" (same as Patreon), so yeah step-incest games should have that tag. But like I said, when MC and Cara/Nikki started dating their parents weren't yet married, so the 0.4 flashback shouldn't count as step-incest. In fact they stopped when their parents announced their wedding, that's why at this moment the incest tag shouldn't be in the tag list. If it's there by mistake or because it's future content (mislabeled), that's another question.
To be fair if the step sisters don't come back into this game that'll be a huuuuge waste given the amount of time and effort into not only their backstory but their renders. Both looked good as opposed to a generic out the box asset. If they were going to be a throw away to pad out the MCs history it could have been summarised quicker. I'd like to think if the Dev is committing that much time to them then they still have a part to play.
If I'm not wrong, I remember Nyx saying (here or in Patreon) that at some point they will come back but it won't be soon, so don't worry about that
