I am pretty sure harem can be added, most games that have harem tag doesnt have the harem yet, but it is an indication, just like multiple endings tags, you wont have it untill its finished, but you put them in the tag listIts will be. But i don't think that this will be good if i add tags that not in game right now
I tell you because i tend ignore any game that has NTR tag and doesnt have Harem, and i am pretty sure others do
Im understand you. So, yes, in my game will be harem. But i will add this tag only when this genre will be in game.

As you wish, it will cost you potential players but its your choice, you should at least put it as a Future TagIm understand you. So, yes, in my game will be harem. But i will add this tag only when this genre will be in game.

Is this your first game? I agree with juan palote's sentiment above, you should definitely include a harem tag. I understand your wish to not list content that is not yet in the game, but that is standard practice on this site for the harem (also the incest) tags. Just consider it.
Also something that can make the difference between a great game getting 4 vs. 5 stars is a scene replay gallery. IMO there's no excuse in 2020 for any Ren'py game to lack gallery features. It's fine if you want to force players to unlock the scenes, but it's such a MASSIVE quality of life improvement over having to make a ghetto gallery using dozens of tediously created saved games. /endrant
