There is no action you can take in game to have this image displayed. The closest you can come is kevmovie23.jpg which you access by selecting "Touch you with her hand" once she's fallen asleep.

kevmovie24 though kevmovie30 are not utilized in any game script currently in the game.

Hence there's paths to sexually assault your sister multiple ways, but no path to have her willing give you a handjob.
