You are doing excellant and story made me play 5 times(from latest update).Believe me if i get money soon i will support you but i am broke right now.

Do we have to start a new game for the following update 5.5 with the reworked episodes 1-4? If so, I will probably skip Episode 5 and play through with version 5.5 then.
And: are the changes for the old chapters very significant? (concerns my audio mod, probably let it expire then)
The upcoming episode, meaning 5, you don't have to start a new game (as of now).
For the 5.5 update (probably next month somewhere), you'll need to start over since there will be code changes, changes in the script, added scenes,...
How much they'll impact the mod, I don't know yet. Imo, I wouldn't spend time on it now and let it expire.

Thanks for the info. I will skip then EP 5 and do the required new playthrough when v5.5 is released and stop my Mod with the last EP4 content.

Episode 5, which will be released somewhere this week (if everything works at it should), is the continuation of the story.
So we will get episode 5 and still free 0.5 out of 5: D. Will this be an amendment to all episodes (coding) or only to episode 5? In order not to lose anything, you have to start the game from the beginning or you can still stick with the old save's.
I admire the speed and the great quality of the game. You have to wait a few months for some games and we get an update for 1-2 hours. Respect and thanks.

If I understand this correctly, a full new episode 5 is coming now - and then I have to repeat everything completely in the next update, even the new episode 5 I've just played? Sorry, that doesn't make sense to me, I would have released the revision of the old episodes first and then the new chapter 5. With this order I would have to repeat "only" the first 4 chapters. But so I have to replay all 5 chapters afterwards - or skip that episode 5. But then again I have to ask: why release the new one now when many will wait for the revision anyway?

Sorry it does not make since to you but you must understand most if not all VN/Games here should be considered as either alpha or beta version and not complete bug fixed games/VN.
And why release now it maybe because it was almost done when the dev decided that a better way was found.
Just be happy that you get to play these VN/Games here for free and most of us try and help the dev's with finding bugs and suggestion ways to improve there games.
All dev's need to make there VN/Games how they want to and not bow down to players wishes.
If you don't like to replay from the start then wait for the game/VN to be completed.

Well, of course I know it's not finished yet and sometimes you have to redo something in the making of a game. And of course I also know I'm on a pirate site here and play it for free. The game itself is top for me. But: for me still the dicision for releasing a new chapter before the already decided rework of the older chapters with a necessary replay makes no sense. But of course I don't know if he maybe asked his patrons about that too, and they decided to release the new content first. Anyway, it is the way it is now, let's make the best out of it. But I will definitely skip this new chapter for now and wait for the reworked version.

You have to make a choice, if you can’t then this will be a difficult game for you. Nyx has told us more difficult choices are coming.

No offense but it’s just a game and you can make two saves so you can see it all.
Even though I love redheads I went Nikki... And I have a second save of being punched out by the dad.
