Idk, there are a lot of possibilities here Maybe the thread went up coincidentally as the DLsite version did, and op just doesn't know about it, maybe op plans on cracking it later, maybe this thread was bring the DLsite version to the attention of a potential cracker.
I bought it on English DLsite and it's japanese so I don't know what you're talking about

Cuz there are still 2 versions up on the site, the normal japanese one and the english one.
Shit then I've bought the wrong version. So I have to buy it again? Or is there a way I can get it for free now that I have the japanese version

That i don't know since ive never bought anything on dlsite :/ maybe someone else knows something about that.
Could always contact customer support but idk how doable that is.
I don't think you can get it for free. The closest thing I could find for your situation was from their refund/cancel purchase page:
"Due to the nature of digital content delivery, we cannot refund or exchange any successful purchase, regardless of circumstances.
We do not offer a refund for any of the following cases:
- When you purchased a product by mistake
- When you purchased a product that is not compatible with your devices
- When you are unsatisfied with the contents of the purchased product
- When a purchased product becomes no longer viewable due to a change in your environment (i.e. installing a different OS)
- Request for a refund based on other personal reasons"

I did buy the DLSite version, and have played through it all. I'm not sure if the DRM is only for the startup.exe file that was contained for it or for the entire thing, but I can try to upload this when I get up later.
the CGs are probably on Hitomi.la, but be warned, the pop ups and ads on that site are really annoying.

I have got it uploaded. I tested it out on another hard drive and it seemed to work fine.
