An eighteen year difference is pretty extreme and given the way Bella likes to sun bathe, she's going to hit the wall sooner rather than later. Although, some people just have good genes and she was clearly blessed by the AVN gods so it might just work.

Sage used to have that uncombed messy hair in the first episodes, it looked terrible. Then it changed to the current hairstyle.

It's more clear in this one.
She still looks pretty despite the hair, but I think she's better now. But her eyes were always green.

It must have been a reflection then, they've been green as far as I remember in every scene.

I think the eye color inconsistencies we see are a result of how the rendering program handles lighting conditions rather than a change to the theoretical iris colors. The lenses seem to be far more reflective of certain wavelengths than they ought to be, which screws with the color of the eyes we perceive. Derek has dark irises, so he seems to suffer from it a lot.


In the worst case, you get that zany alien cyborg eye look:


Sage's hairstyle was a clear change, probably to distinguish her from Maya. It was a big improvement, IMHO.
