I love that. As someone who enjoys receiving as much as giving, there's not much of that in most games, and I have no beef with it being optional, because it might scare off a lot of players. While I wouldn't call not doing something sexual you're not comfortable with being "selfish", I do like the idea of there being some kickback in the relationship. Although if Syd really had such a problem with it, she sure didn't show it by immediately afterwards wanting to be your official girlfriend. Any number of girlfriends, ie. cis-gendered women, have pushed my head down (not so much forcing as wanting me to stop teasing and get on with it). Syd's doing the same and good for her, unlike some trans women she clearly likes her dick and isn't scared to use it so obviously wants a partner who feels the same way; better to find out early on.

None taken and if your brother's GF prefers different terms then those are the terms you should use for her but you should never assume that those terms apply universally; basically go with what the person says and don't question it as there is no good outcome from that.
