The quest states that you can confront the guy. He is in nearby cave, after you kill him you will receive his long dong and you can have one more sexy scene.

No human heads in the game so far and while I dunno if patreons have gotten any specific info about it, full-anthro content beat full-human one by a minor but nontrivial margin in the last public poll where the devs asked what should they focus on first of all the things in their to-do list. So they may do anthro stuff first or maybe do both at once.
So, after reading 10 pages of comments I'm almost certain no one has posted that (at least, to my knowledge) there's 6 different sex scenes in the game.
The sex scenes I have encountered, in no particular order:
- Getting fucked by Mehlva. (Along the riverbank north of the starting point, unlocked via a quest started by Havar, who is south of the starting point.)
- Fucking an unnamed character. (Requires a non-massive penis. Features belly distension. Character is east of the starting point, at the base of a column.)
- Fingering an unnamed dragon character. (Character is east-northeast of the starting point, up the hill a ways but below the temple complex. Has a quest on offer for you.)
- Fucking an unnamed dragon character with your tail. (Requires a dragon body type. Features belly distension. The same character as the prior bullet point, after completing their quest. Due to two different options leading to the same scene, I suspect this may wind up as two scenes in the future.)
- (one-time) 69 with Dhasha. (Requires completion of a quest given by Dhasha. Found southwest of the starting point, up the mountain and adjacent to a small jade pyramid.)
- Sex with an unnamed cat woman. (Requires a massive penis. Features belly distension. Requires completion of a quest line given by the same woman. Found south of the starting point, up the hill. Due to the fact that two different options lead to the same scene, I suspect it may be split in the future.)
- Blowjob from an unnamed corrupted. (Requires a non-massive penis. Found in a cage south of the starting point, near the horse-cock shrine.)
- Mehlva can be asked to meet you at your camp. Presumably this will make them a follower, or otherwise adds them to your camp.
- The unnamed dragon character can be asked to meet you at your camp.
- Two unimplemented "Coming Soon" options with Dhasha. (These appear to be future alternatives to the one-time 69 with Dhasha, above.)
- Unimplemented "Coming Soon" option with Dhasha. (Requires completion of a quest given by Dhasha)
- An unimplemented sex scene involving the horse-cock shrine.
