Version number is nothing more than label iteration of versions. It's done with a lot of things, not just source code. You find it in documentation etc as well. That a 1.0 should be a complete version is just silly. My steam library is full of games that is on version numbers, much higher than 1.0...
Silly not is it, general convention it's to used communicate someone clearly what expect should a product from.

I would like some confirmation about the supposed trojan horse of the 32.exe before I try this version out. A word from the dev himself would be a good show of faith.
It hit my Windows Defender also, since I do not use the 32 bit version, I let it clean the files - and the game ran just fine. Had to load a Save a little further back than I would have liked - but it works all the same.
I do believe it is a False positive either way as Renpy has been kicking these off for several years. If you do not use the 32 bit version - enjoy the 64 bit version and play the game!

Nice update BTW! Thanks! Felt short, but they do for most games so it's cool!
Can't wait to see how he deals with the twits.

Mine said it was the Win32/Virut.BM virus... since I do not use the 32bit version I let it clean it off. Game played fine. See my post 3 or 4 above this one.
I've no idea. My win is 64 bits. I was just mentioning to give some info to others. But weird that different virus was found.

Also win defender.

Yup! I believe them to be false positives. Like I said above - RenPy has been showing them for several years off and on. Different virus types from the same file just adds credence to that. Enjoy the game! It's worth it.

No virus for me after scanning with Bitdefender Total security (recently updated a week ago).

In my opinion Windows Defender is way to sensitive and is not necessary at all .
As long as you have a antivirus program running you can turn of Windows Defender.
Programs like Bitdefender and Avast are fine and work 100% in stopping most if not all viruses .
So in short this game has no viruses it is just Windows Defender giving you a False Positive.
