I guess everyone misunderstands the genre in this game, there's no NTR and rape.

Not to be a bitch hunni but when a girl is fucked against her will that's rape, there is no misunderstanding that. Considering plenty of people also considered her a love interest that puts it under NTR for them.

So a girl they consider a love interest having sex against her will after being kidnapped would be both ntr and rape.
