Im one of the ppl who contributed art to this game, it sounded fun at first, sadly i couldnt poop out content with haste as im not a pro. and work 3 jobs, and it took quite a lot of time to give birth to something, so the thing kind of went silent. I acknowledge now my stance wasnt exactly great, also I didnt get paid, but i didnt ask for it. I got free access for the updates for a while though. However im not sure if its legal to promote and sell the game with my artwork without my consent on steam and nutaku. On the contrary, i guess i should just be happy it made it there lol.
It's extremely not legal to sell stuff with other people's art without their permission. This applies to any form, and you can definitely say yes to it being uploaded to one place and no to it being uploaded to another. This is assuming you did not sign a contract that said that they could upload it wherever they want.

Art is something where you do not need to apply for copyright protection, as it all falls under "Intellectual Copyright". This means that as long as you can prove that you made the original art you have an automatic copyright. If you are not being paid for your art and it is being uploaded or sold without your permission I would really recommend contacting whoever is in charge of the project and telling them either to pay you or remove it. If they refuse you can contact Steam/Nutaku/Patreon/Wherever-Else and tell them you wish to DCMA the project. Provide any associated art along with timestamps and they will either take down the project or inform the project managers that they must take it down or risk being banned from their site.

Why not pick up where they left, instead of making a spinoff of a unfinished main story. Makes even less sense now that i think about it. But whatever, I love Masquerade's work, no matter what they decide to do. Just don't abandon Divine Adventure please xD

I really did not mind the game i love the idea of the story and the art was great but of course there are problems some things felt really rushed.

Is the story any different or extended from the actual v2.5b of Fairytale Adventures??
It has minor difference's but for the most part it's smaller, it took me quite some time to go through Fairtale Adventure but this took me around 2 hours to get to one of the endings. All in all it has less content, it does still have some new scenes but honestly they cut and sometimes straight up removed enough content that there's less scenes then Fairtale Adventure and the story is as previously said by people, all over the place. I'd honestly recommend sticking with Fairytale Adventure then playing this

Is there a way to view the gallery and see all the cgi's again?
Some are repeatable but most aren't. A good habit for Renpy games o0r just porn games in general is to save at the beggining of a scene you like or if your a completionist like me at every scene
