Actually NOT REALLY though, since YOU CAN play the game WITHOUT ACTUALLY having sex with her EXCEPT the first time to order to progress the game, and ONLY TIME you have sex with her.

"I want to start this review by saying that I cannot speak to the sexual components of this game. I simply cannot, because I have not experienced them. This game created a character, introduced me to this character, let me develop affection for her, to such an extent that I could not bring myself to do lewd things with her.
This is an odd thing to say in the review of a rather purpose-made H game, but it's a testament to the masterful (albeit simple) character writing.
As Sylvie's de facto foster father I felt an obligation to her and simply could not betray that trust, no matter how much she wanted to. extra as in? the mods? no its not compatible... underground modder trying their best to port in 1.9.2 mods to 2.0.0+ but ray keep on update these few months...

The 1.92 patch says it has bunch of extras. I have no idea what kind of extras are they talking about, so i just wanted to know if 2.2 includes that as well

LOL What true ending? This game ONLY have one ending, is when she die, that's it, but I do know that, from visting other sites & the creator's sites as well, he does have great plans for this game, but will take years to do so, also he's currently working on actual moving animations for the sex scenes, witch will takes a long time, since it's only one person doing this game, also he does have plans to do more things with the clothing shop lady & the waitress as well, but that's till all of the things he have done with the girl first.
