Hey Dev, the name “horny love” is ok but what if you changed the name to “Horny Housewife” or “Desperate Housewife” or “Anal loving wife”

Just ignoring the fact he completed his previous game, and the game before that. Selective beating a old drum are we?
Completed... That's rich. A completed tag does not make a completed game as much as this dev(and yourself apparently) believe it does. And as long as he keeps putting out these silly, half-assed attempts at anything, we will "beat the drum". Old? Maybe. Pertinent? Absolutely!

Edit: I see you're the ultimate slonique fan. Have a nice day!

Oh dear, salty much? So is it down to the individuals now to decide when a creator's projects is completed or not? So any game we want more of, we can just claim the creator didn't complete the game, because you didn't get what you wanted?

Begin: Operation White Knight
Why would you white knight for a creator that doesn't give a damn about your opinion to start with? If a creator slap a completed tag on their project, its completed whether we like it or not. There is plenty of games around here that riddled with bad and half arsed endings, but it is what it is.

If he/she is gonna re use a char, I'd prefer it was Sandra from OML... or just go back and finish that fucking game, which was the best thing they ever made.

Pretty sure it got a completed tag and you ended up go balls deep in her... Did you want a picket fence, and a happy ever after to go with it or?

Slonique games in general.

Pros:
-His renders are generally good. He makes good compositions, showing exactly what is necessary in a way that fits the storyline. His models are nice, and I don't really mind them re-using some of them or parts of them. How many movies did we see featuring Angelina Jolie? I mean, re-using a model is not a problem if it's a good model. His renders also generally have little grain, showing he does put some time and effort into them.
-The concept of his stories is generally interesting. Each and every one of them, when I play the first chapter, I feel like he's onto some interesting storyline.

Cons:
-Many stories unfinished
-The rest of the stories felt rushed after the first two chapters, as if he wanted to be done with it asap and move onto a new idea.

In general, I'd like if he worked out his concepts better, have both start and end written down before working out the inbetween, and only start building in ren'py once that is sorted out. Or maybe if he employed a writer to work out his concepts. Whenever he has a new idea, he should write it down in a notebook for future use, instead of trying to shoehorn it into what he's working on or abandoning his current project to start on the new concept. I know it can be frustrating when you have a great idea, but have to finish what you're working on first, but that's just how it is when you want to deliver great things.

Being able to come up with new concepts is a great and rare gift, and right now, he's wasting that gift, which is a very sad thing to see.

^^^^ This, but that also applies to a lot of creators though. To may have good initial release and a few updates in they start show problems. Idea drought, ran into a wall writers block, whatever. Movie makers start with a script and story board before they start shooting a movie. The coming up with an idea and make it up as you go along seldom lead to a good result.

Writing the entire story to start with, then build the world and characters around it would been a much better point of origin for any games of this nature.

you're right (although they didnt really finish that game either, just slapped a sex scene on there and called it good). The game I was thinking of is "On My Own", the non cuck version of OML.

I didn't find any previous projects I tried of this devs interesting, however I liked the graphics and some milfs I really liked.
I will follow the discussions and when the update becomes more consistent I will try it, who knows maybe in the meantime something interesting will be invented, it is still a dev with enough experience in the sector ...
Good luck and thanks for the game.

I like this game visually, and storywise however, I hate the mechanics of the game, and I'm going to elaborate on that.

The code is not broken at all. It is doing exactly what it was coded to do. However, it was coded to make players suffer.

So far the game is just chapter 1. There are 2 choices and 1 masturbation scene. It's not that long but it is just long enough to have a good sense of where the game is going.

It appears that you get a "Gold Star" for each "Correct" choice that you make. If you get all of the gold stars then at the end of the chapter the sexual scene has an extra animation possible for each star you have gained.

It feels like Kindergarten all over again. When you were a good little boy and answered what the teacher wanted you to answer then you got that shiny gold star...

I get it that some folks like to look at the world in absolutes, black and white, good and evil, right and wrong, up and down.

The thing about that is it takes away any of the meaning behind the choices for the player. If they ask "2+2 =" and you want to say "4", but the gold star is behind "5"... Well, you gotta say "5". There goes all your freedom and enjoyment. You gotta answer what they want you to answer or you will be punished by not getting the animation you wanted.

All of the choices are meaningless if they are attached to a star system that holds the animations hostage.

No, that is consequence of your choice... Just as with real life. If someone ask you a question you can answer whatever you want right? But it doesn't necessary mean it's the desired answer and give the desired outcome. And the question is never as simple as 2+2.

Ever played "Planscape Torment"? and then reached the point where you meet Ravel and she ask you "What can change the nature of man?"....

It's sort of a place where you curse the game designers, but it's their design. Your freedom is set within the confinement of the games design and rules.

There is many adult games that have scenes that is locked behind choices. If you want to see them you would need to make choices you don't really want too, but on the other hand you get annoyed because you want to see the scenes.

Real life follows logic. In this universe, the answer to 2 + 2 is 4. Having to pick the wrong answer for the sake of the game would be bad game design unless the dev has demonstrated why, in his game's universe, 2 + 2 = 5.

It would actually be a thing if you got a question what is 2+2, but that isn't it, you get a choice with a pre determined answer. The right choice to get your reward. If that choice doesn't compute with your reasoning, it doesn't matter, because the right choice is determined by the game.

You are right many games do lock scenes behind choices. However, there is a MAJOR difference between a game that has an answer set that adjusts according to player inputs such as Being a Dik, Good Girl Gone Bad ect, and one that is basically a Kinetic Novel combined with several meaningless choices they want you to memorize.

There is a difference in a parent asking their child "Would you like soup or salad?" & The parent saying "Eat your soup, or go to bed hungry."

It is always: "obey and eat your soup or go to bed hungry" in this type of coding setup. If there was a different set of rewards behind 0 stars & 1 star where you unlock a bonus render or something then it wouldn't be so forced, and players would be able to play how they want to, and it would have more replay value players would be going through multiple times to get to everything.

This type of coding setup doesn't offer silver and bronze stars. You get gold or get nothing.

Imagine, people wanted you to make at least 10 multiple paths for every character in your game. So their preferred choices would be more in line with their mindset. Sometime a game is what it is. If you look at like LOP games. You have multiple choices but if you pick wrong choices you don't get enough "stars/progress" to get to the good bits. Like, enjoy your handjob but you could gotten a bj... We can only play and make choices inside what determined by the game, we don't have to like it, but it is what it is.

Also compare this game with like GGGB, who got a very extensive story several layers deep doesn't make sense. This game is very shallow in comparison. But it's less punishing than like GGGB where choices you made early can screw you over later in the game.

Scope creep definitely goes up by adding multiple paths. There is no denying that. So, naturally, it is more work to make a game that appeals to more sorts of people with a variety of interests.

You don't have to get all crazy with a hundred branches to make a game feel like your choices matter.

All I'm saying is it is more fun to make a choice without it feeling like a test, but instead feeling like a preference.

Suppose there is a scene in a game. your girlfriend asks you on the phone, "Do you like Red or Blue?"

This is a panty-related question... She is going to send you a pic on your phone of her wearing her panties.

In a star system game it goes like this:

You picked Red: Red is the correct star. She snaps a pic of her in red panties. She sends it to your phone. Win.
You picked Blue: Blue is not the star choice. She says "You should have said red." You get NOTHING.

In a good game it goes like this:

You picked Red: Red is correct. She snaps a pic of her red panties. She sends it to your phone. Win!
You picked Blue: Blue is also correct. She wearing a blue bra. She sends you a pic of her boobsi na bra. Win!

Win win vs win lose.
