WVM does have a transman npc, but he doesn't show up until the last couple updates, so a while in. But it was interesting to see that it looks like he will be an optional love interest in the future. WVM isn't a bad game by any means, but it is one of those in which the MC doesn't have to work to build relationships. Everyone wants the D immediately. That's not a bad thing, but I prefer to work for it at least a little. But that's just my personal preference. Definitely give it a shot. The story is pretty basic at first, but in the latest updates, it seems like the dev is going to add some intrigue.

Ya I was going to upload shaddy's new mod update on here myself (for no reason really since it's free for everybody at this point) but then I almost had a heart attack when I was fixin to upload the update and I saw this in the title "optional I-patch compatibility". Pretty sure that would of got me in some deep sh*t

they also got link to itch where you can download uncensored version since ever, for free after a week of release, so if it would get you they would be digging with you.
It may actually be broken, I dunno (haven't played the most recent version yet). But be sure that you actually downloaded the incest patch. There's two different patches for each version (click "Show previous versions" on the Lewd Patcher page).
when you press for loli incest patch, you get only loli patch , but press previous versions, in there youll see incest patch. when you download both, you can see them installed in the main menu of the game, and the landlady becomes mom
