The penultimate is the 'Athletic pose', the last event is May doing a pose for Garret only after work.
In my collection room, all are unlocked.

There's no autosave in game yet. It crashes you mean?
The only error I know which might happen is a generic can't draw bitmap error that I can't fix. Is this the error that you're getting?
I rarely get it, but it seems to happen more often on lower end systems with less memory, especially when a lot of pictures get loaded for animations for example. You should try playing the game using the Falcon-mkxp.exe which used optimized code that should make it run better on system and see if that helps with the crashes.

The error I'm talking about is this one. It's not something I can fix. This is some error/issue in the engine itself.
Did you try playing the game with the other .exe? Did that help?
You'll have an option to remove her panties at will, later on in game and see this and any other event you might have missed.

1) how to get the shameful item because everytime i make a new game i don't have it compared to the saves

It happens every time in the same event?
I'd like to take a look/debug it.
Make a new save and take a screenshot, before the event that triggers it and upload it.
1) Interact with the little red box in May's room.
2) Make sure to have high enough lust before going to toilet 65 or higher.
For the second event you need 30 exhibition or more. May need to wear Red top + skirt
For the 3rd event her shame must be 35 or lower and May must wear the Pink top + denim skirt.
