While most of the text for the "police patrol" is the same, Evil Olivia has a much darker range of options than "Neutral" Olivia when it comes to deciding what to do with the two men who are caught. Unlike for "Neutral" Olivia, releasing them isn't an option for Evil Olivia, but killing them or gifting them as playthings to her employees is. Both "Neutral" and Evil Olivia have the option of keeping the two men for herself.

The K3/K2 inspection tour is unavoidable (part of Olivia getting settled into her job as the warden), the police patrol before that is optional.I initially went only to visit K2 facilities but since that kind of played out on the dom/evil side I picked the other option with the police (wich didn't make any difference in the end)
I might try a dom/evil playthrough tough to see if something changes there
But playing all in one go it felt like a sudden change in personality to me (or wrong variables).

The way I read it is that Good Olivia isn't as good as she makes herself out to be i.e that baseline Olivia is kind of evil and player choices can shade that to some degree but not completely
You are right,in this world you can only be as good as you can get away with. Thats why my good olivia is dom/good.

Long post, but I agree with the first two points 100 percent and consider them as confirmed at this time. Veronica as Grym Gudinna I'm not 100% sold on but I'm def leaning hard that way. Callista as the Gambit Queen is much sketchier, and I'm not fully convinced. There is a 7th board member who could be the Gambit Queen or Grym Gudinna, I think we'll get a lot more revealed when we finally find out her identity. I suppose it could be a him but I wouldn't bet on it.

TessSadist Came across a bug. Nothing game-breaking, just a wrong image being displayed. So during the scene where Seth is being "examined" by Juliette and Kiyomi, Olivia asks if MC wants to get a blowjob from Scarlet. Even if MC refuses, the first image of the blowjob scene is displayed where Scarlet is calling MC master and he thinks about his S class dick. Olivia is dom/evil and MC is dom/good. Attaching the choices up to this point and a savefile just at the choice.

I'll add another thing here - as far as I can tell, while the game lets Kane and Olivia accumulate dom/sub points, it almost never checks against them. The three big axis that dictate choices and outcomes seem to be prior choices (which are what is really driving dom/sub paths and indeed most of the game), good/evil points, and the sis-team variable (not super important until Olivia grades/judges Kane at the end of this event) There is the sis bro variable, which is different from the sis-team one, it can have an affect on some dom paths from what I understand but this is a pretty minor variable.
There is a check in Chap 1 where if Kane has enough dom points he sees Samantha. Maybe there's a check in Chap 5 but I don't remember one. So why sub/dom points for both Kane and Olivia if they aren't really checked against? Food for thought. I've gotten a vague answer from Tess on Patreon (this is fair), but I'll let you all think about it

Started K6. Got an opportunity of promotion to K7, then would use a card to become K8, but sister refuses and kept me as K6.
She is good/sub. MC is dom/evil.
It's frustrating, for I've done everything to make her look dumb and useless, and yet she still has power to screw MC. I didn't even sabotage her event (which I should've done)
It doesn't even make sense, for Olivia is a newcomer she haven't secured her position, her only achievement is to make everyone angry with her (sisters and serfs), poor administration, and incorrect benefits to a random dude that isn't even her real brother, which is a major sin on this organization.
Where the other 5 sisters were ruling for ages and had proven their capacity to stay in rule. MC has scored perfectly, could've become A K8, had fall in graces with all available sisters and with all available females with rank and power, and yet his fate was judged by his sister who had done nothing except dumb stuff, which will soon (hopefully) cause her demote.
MC's demotion is just dumb. If I have to replay everything again, just to make Olivia evil/dom as well, man I am not going do that. I wanted to see sister becoming his personal slave, not a duo king/queen.
