We are still planning. But currently we're fully concentrated on MBD, so we can't give any exact dates of Dirty Pool's next update.
Okay, well just letting you know, I was a patron of yours for this game. MBD is a good game, but this is the one I personally enjoyed more. You lost me as a patron because of the lack of updates. Pretty bummed that there is no update in the near future. I get you have to prioritize, and for you guys your priority is MBD, but really you probably should have finished DP before starting a new project. Just a little bit of constructive criticism.

The main problem with DP is that we don't have enough resources to keep working on it, i.e. we have just one person working on all renders and if that's enough with MBD where we can release small updates every one to two months, it'll be an entirely different case with DP since it has so many different branches that it'd take a tremendous amount of time to release even a small update. So yeah, we'll resume working on DP once we have enough resources on our hands to be able to deliver steady updates.

that's the problem of multibranching games, it becomes so big (branchwise) that updating it takes ages and finding right branch on wt takes a while too.

the author said a few years ago that this project was closed.
He didn't say that. And recently he said exactly following:

johnelros, I'm not complaining about memory yet, and I remember perfectly well what was said. If the author has changed his mind, then this is his right, which, by the way, I will be glad of.
I'm glad for your excellent memory, but care to share any proof of that?
