So how do you unlock the extra actions or scenes when Karry is knocked down by a rogue? I have her slut level in like ~200 but the only option still seems to be to just stand up.

I mean he said that was the original plan but floor 5 and after feels more disappointing because as you said it felts rushed.
There's definitely a void left towards the end which makes me question if things really went as planned.
Also when it comes to slow corruption this game has a lot to be desired especially when it comes to Karryn's reactions scores as most of the progression to slut seems to be skipped towards super slut instantly.

RNG, in a sense. Skills mostly come from passives, you need to subject Karryn to more than a few, for example, handjobs to earn the passive that unlocks the ability for Karryn to initiate a handjob without praying to the inmate RNG. Slut levels contribute nothing to skill acquisition.

"Extra actions when knocked down" would be...well - getting knocked down some more. Passives are also random in the sense that some of them are "do X action Y number of times" whilst others are "do X action Y number of times with different partners", i.e. some can be grinded in one battle using the same enemy whilst others require different enemies for it to count.

The only "extra action" specifically related to being knocked down is "Fallen Rest", though, which lets Karryn regain some stamina without getting up. Not much to gain from that specific passive.

Alright, so there is no special scenes or actions to be acquired from the "knocked down" stuff then? I did think it would have something special to it, if it happened more.

Getting knocked down just opens her to sexual advances easier if desires are high enough and she lacks clothing

Thanks a lot for the answer! It's my first time playing but... I may have fucked up my run because I don't think I can keep my desires low enough for the enemies to cum on the floor, maybe one enemy on the first battle of the day.

Her desiders are starting too high and they grow faster than I have willpower to keep them down, the enemies mostly molest her instead of keep jerking off. I'll keep trying and see if I can pull it off.

Don’t stress lol, if you fuck up you fuck up. The game will more or less steer you a good path if your initial plans go south.
This game had me a dark souls-esk mechanic where new game+ is your best bet for trying out new strats!

It's a scandalous state which I think occurs when the outfit durability gets weak due to enemy pulling on it too much after you keep trying to restore it. In that state, everyone gets aroused and will battle you and the only way to restore outfit durability back is to sleep.

Ohhey, it's finally... finished. Ish. The last time I played, Level 3 had just come out!

So, what would be the best way to start a full-on slut run? What edicts/passive should I focus on first, since, I'm assuming you can eventually just get everything? If it matters, I plan on playing on Prisoner Mode.
