It's just not good for the company brand at all, and the company could loose funding from investors for even 'turning a blind eye'. Other themes that are less socially heard of shouldn't be blanketed in, and frankly isn't peoples business to know to begin with. So adopt Youtubes policy of 'only taking down when reported'.

Could not agree more, but in this PC age their is no more rejoicing in minority tastes (if they are a minority?), it is illegal for incest, underage and Beastiality hence games like Big brother, The Tyrant etc were all targeted even the Coceter Chronicles had the best bits removed (The horse and dog scenes).
You can still create and put the games out their just not via Patreon etc but then you make no money so what to do?.. Just enjoy the games while you can and hopefully the storm will blow over... Or greed will win and they will bring it all back via the Cayman isles.

I've never really been able to get off to simple bestiality, as I couldn't really project myself onto the animal. However, playing as a guy who got turned into a dog works as an adequate bridge. The fact that this is apparently using Idolmaster characters is even better; fapped to a ton of doujins, despite never bothering with the actual franchise.

Wish you were turned into a cooler breed, though...

It's not about legality it's about Terms of Service and End User Agreements. They are entirely within their rights to make their contract with you as an end user of their platform whatever they wish as long as it does not infringe upon existing laws in the jursidictions in which they operate. Now what we can debate is whether these terms de facto end up stifling speech since they deny people a source of income, and as such have a similar effect to disenfranchisement, fines, and incarceration. As you said, they can still make the games, but won't earn any money from it.

I don't think the answer is to force Patreon to change their terms, there just needs to be a platform that is tailored to adult services that guarantees security for both creators and patrons alike. I've seen two such projects touted, one of which has been advertised here, but who knows if/when they'll serve as viable alternatives? Hopefully something happens soon.

the only game like that comes to mind is a gargoyle with human understanding and a beasts body. And honestly there isn't any real "Story" in that one.
...oh well there is also drop factory now that I think about it...that one wasn't so bad actually
In Hentai-Manga stories like that normally are lacking any relations to reality either...
So either you are actually a fan of that or you do know some other Story that isn't "hey wanne fuck doggy? I'ma horny"

Yes I know beastiality happens but it is hardy a mainstream event is it and hentai comics and beastiality stories are exactly what the say on the tin, stories.
