New public release of The Library Story 0.97.3
'The Library Story' 0.97.3 Public Release
Hello friends!
This extra time was usefully spent, therefore, we're happy to introduce 'The Library Story' v.0.97.3! This version includes a new storyline about Gaston in the stocks, plus a number of changes and fixes. Since this is so-called "minor" version, we decided to combine it with the public release of LS 0.97.2 (which was a bit delayed, yes). The next "big" version LS 0.97.5 will be published according to the usual schedule - first for patrons and only later for everyone.
In order to start new events, try to stumble upon the guards in the town at night (from the third day after starting the game or loading a save) and not get along with them (moreover, to lose the first or, if your Gaston is good at the battle, then even the second battle with them). This is a recurring event, so don't be afraid to do something wrong... Moreover, you MUST do something wrong to see new scenes. ^__^ Gaston can be thrown in the stocks directly or if he doesn't pay a fine within a certain time. In the future, we plan to develop this system and add a number of events related to this mechanic. But this version already has something to see!
Important note: in order to see the maximum of events, Gaston must already be engaged in "teaching" Betsy, be familiar with Scylla, pass storyline about Emma in the stocks (with Betsy's participation in it). Actually, it's possible to be thrown in the stocks as many times as you like, Captain Charles is always happy to put Gaston in there, hence, new scenes can be easily opened as you progress through the game.

There is no additional bonus content in this version other than in LS 0.97.2. But just in case, we repeat links to passwords for patrons (be sure to use your password if you decide to start the game from the beginning):
LS 0.97.3 has to work fine with saves from all 0.97.x versions, but in case of any errors, you know what to do... (If you all of a sudden don’t know, then either write to xallat8@yandex.ru, or to PMs on Patreon.)

Changes:
The Hunters Guild and the Hunting Shop are now closed at night.
Now the evening sound theme of locations coincides with the night one.
Fixes:
Some graphical bugs of storylines in the reading room and with the Tentacle tree are fixed.
A number of various minor corrections and fixes.

I don't know for you, but me I'm not really interested seeing Gaston in stocks... Belle ok, Betsy/Lizzy also even if it's hard to justify, but Gaston...

It's part of the night mechanics, to give the game some challenge so everything is not so easy. So Gaston can end up in the stocks like everybody else if he get caught.I don't know for you, but me I'm not really interested seeing Gaston in stocks... How is this game one of the first games I played on this site but still has less stuff than most games released in the past year
I haven't played it for 4 years and I think it will have nothing in it since I last played it

SAME HERE ! One of the first games I played when I became a member of F95. Saw dozens of completed games that started after this one. Can't believe it's even alive. It's been under artificial ventilation for + 4 years and content-wise, it's one of the biggest jokes I ever saw. How, just how can it be still alive ? LOL. Can't believe there are still ppl paying for this. Damn ! hahahha
+6 years(+72 months) and ~800$ + ~990$(60.000 rub for Latissa and 75.000 rub for Xajlio who are russians) per month and...
Almost nothing in terms of content and adult scenes, updates per year are very rare. Its horrible.
