Hey guys, the game was released 2 days ago, got a question, does these version translated files will work with release version?
No the translation from the demo does not work with the full release, it will reinstate the demo's limitations. The full version is currently in progress to being translated. Also, there is a search thread button.

How I install the MTL translation patch
lots of new people here all of a sudden, there is no patch out for version 1.1.1 yet. (patch is for the demo)

If you cant wait, start translating with translator++.
Its what I'm currently doing, just for fun.

Also, by doing that, you can quickly get a new patch if there is an update, as you can import your TL into a new project for that version.

Also, by doing that, you can quickly get a new patch if there is an update, as you can import your TL into a new project for that version.
Is there a tutorial video on YouTube or something that showed you how to do this if I want to cut my teeth on translating?

I tried to learn translator++
And All text has been translated
The export file is Data/MapData/SampleMapA.mps
Data/BasicData/CommonEvent.dat

I replaced the Old Data with the translated
but the game text is still Japanese

Aren't you supposed to leave the original text and enter the translations into the columns next to it?

I was just watching this , and noticed they "batch translate" the original, which appears in the "Machine Translated" field. Then, they clean up the machine translations and enter the better translation into the "better translation" column. But it looks like you have deleted the original text and placed the translations in their place. Maybe that's why?

It should look like something like this:

All of these common events on the left side needs to be translated, each of these files are either rooms, like bathroom or toilets, or windows, like pop-ups windows I think.

the ones with a blue tag in this example are script variables I think, so they should not be translated from what I can gather.
So the grey cells should not be replaced, only the stuff in the white cells will be injected into the game.

the \E is in the wrong place for some reason, this need to be at the start of the first line.
Here the translation engine thinks \E is a name, so it screws up the translation, in this case I would go to deepL manually copy in the sentence without the \E to see what it should be.

You need to remove the basicdata.wolf and mapdata.wolf files from the Data folder after putting the translated folders in.

did anyone figure out how to make money more easily? town contribution or helping the tavern doesn't do much and the outfits are effin expensive

I could be wrong, and this was in the demo, but i think doing those missions with deadlines gave me the most money whenever the guild payday rolled around, though it seemed to be partially rng sometimes too. just remember earning over 9k one week that way
