Once again you've got too many alpha points. My MC is despite his upbring a relatively good guy who's working to get that asshole thrown in jail. My MC temporarily agreed to the terms to get him to leave the house and almost immediately started working with police to get him thrown in jail.
Read the dev notes on the front page. Alpha/beta isn't about actual alpha/beta behaviours but rather the MC's impression of them. His impression is alphas being like Big John and betas being not like Big John

It's not that unrealistic for your first complaint, the mc isn't stupid in that. Our minds can sometimes alter memories especially when great deals of psychological trauma is involved. Add in the effects of what he was drugged with and you have a cocktail of missing and altered memories. Also for your second complaint, fear is one hell of a thing.

Wanted to remind everyone of the Chapter 5 contest.
The Fosters Song Hunt!
Chapter 5, subtitled The Musical, is full of song lyrics. Some are sung by a character and others are thrown into the dialogue and narration. Sometimes the words are straight from a song and sometimes they're slightly different, but still recognizable. Your task is to find the song references and lyrics in Chapter 5. If you can find them all, there will be great* prizes available!
For my subs: If you are already subscribed to SubscribeStar or a patron on Patreon, the first person in each tier will receive a 2 month upgrade to the next level for no extra cost! Blackest Black tier members will be able to personally decide+ the content of the next 4 special renders!
If you aren't a sub: The first 5 people to find all of the songs, will receive a free Fan tier subscription for 2 months!
So... Once Chapter 5 drops, don't delay, download it and get playing! Don't forget, you'll need multiple paths to find everything. Itch.io early release sales of chapter 5 will not happen, to put all tiers and non-subscribers at equal levels. Submissions should be made on my Discord server, in the #contest-entries channel.

If you load an old save and then open the Profiles screen for the first time, it could return errors or missing images. I suggest, before loading a saved game, you start a new game and then open the Profiles screen. After doing that, and loading the Profile baseline at the start of the game, you could try loading your game. Maybe... that might work. Or, and this might sound crazy, play through the game again, but choose things you didn't try before. Then after that playthrough, go back and load your old saves.
If you do get errors on the Profiles page, try the Reset button on the Profiles screen.

Updated my Cheat Mod.
This is a completely re-worked Cheat Mod based on the work I did with 13 in the changes made to Chap 5.
This is now just a Cheat Mod as I have made a re-worked In-Game (Optional) Walkthrough for the official release of the game.
Also the Spanish to English translations are now a part of the official In-Game Walkthrough.
You must Start A New Game and Reset your Profile during Chapter 1 if you coming from a save before Chap 5.

- Added option to change alpha Points to be less than ßeta Points so you don't miss the Sam & Lucy event in Chap 2
- Added option to Lick Lucy, get a Hand Job from Lucy and Kiss Lucy
- Ability to Spend Time with Sam, Lucy/Elena, Maria/Julie and Mom at night
- Ability to do all the choices when you visit Mom at night
- Harem King Mode: Ability to ask more than one of the girls on a date
- Changed alpha Points requirements from at least 40 to at least 25 to continue with Linda
- Changed the bedtime shower dialogue with Sam if you had already showered with her in Chpater 3 so that you talk about all the girls you will be going on dates with instead of just one of them
Chapter 5
- Ability to date all the girls you selected in Chapter 4 though dates will be good or bad based on your previous choices
- Option to date all the girls again for Chapter 6, though they will be the same dates as Chapter 5
