For the money cheat, you have to type MONEY
For increasing Moira's affection and lust, you have to type MILF
For increasing the teens' affection and lust, you have to type TEENS
Remember, the codes are only one word and have to be in all caps.

I made it out after 5 minutes. You always have to reopen the room list, and look for the girls. That only frustrated me.
