God damn, this is about the only developer I respect as to the frequency of and quality of content they put out. I'm a cheap bastard but I MIGHT one day just actually buy this out of respect. Compared to a lot of other developers this one is very good.

Go to the forest and walk about until you see a blue sparkle; walk over it and you pick something up. Keep doing this until you end up with something metal then right-click on the background, select the empty box from your inventory on the left and you get a message asking if you want to put something in the box. Pick "yes" and select a metal object from the list that appears and that object will end up inside the box. Done and dusted.

When people don't understand just WTF the game is telling them with " metal object " you might as well call them by their names coz they don't get it WHY ?! So it is copper and silver and gold... as to why ? go back to your studies kids ! It's up to them to noodle around about this trivial task ( which they did extraordinarily well so far )
