I never thought of doing this before, thanks for bring it to my attention. I'm guessing the update only files would be a new script file and a folder of the additional images for the particular chapter?

Probably the simplest way of doing it, yes. Excludes people from using it though, should they ever skip a version (unless you keep all increments available, and their links alive).
It's also a double edged sword. While it reduces download size, it WILL cause a flood of, let's say, not so tech savvy people, spamming you with error reports because they screwed up the update process, using incompatible versions, unpacking into a subfolder, etc.
Just keep that in mind if you chose to go ahead with it.
Some devs also opt to release a "Low Quality" (much more compressed) version alongside the regular one to ease the burden on "bandwidth/quota-challenged" users.

Sounds like you're playing with the incest patch on as Kendall (the doctor) is not related in any way to Kate (the nurse) in the non-incest version.
Personally, this is why I don't play with incest patches because the people who make them will only change the character names to "Mom" and "Sister" while it makes no sense in the game story wise.
Play it without it and you'll see that it makes sense.

Any better compressed version ? cause the one in first page 1.77gb is BIG for someone who dl's 5 new games per day , ok i delete most of them with only exception the saves but i'm running out of space ...

is this game supposed to have incest and the patch is only a fix os is the patch more of an actuall fan made mod instead of a "fan(really the dev)" made mod?

That was good, i really enjoyed it.The last scene , where Freya prepared her strike against MC, was on Hollywood level tension built up.

Its actually a fan made mod. If JoJozz made it, he would have to alter a lot of the script for it to fit the story

Exactly how does the patch work? Is it that the walkthrough mod overrides everything? Do you need to take the script.rpy file out? I am using the AC version and the dialogue is inconsistent. The MC refers to Veronica as Mom or Veronica (which I assume is vanilla) but not as Aunt.
Edit: Okay...so I renamed the file and replaced the script.rpy. But then that eliminates the WT mod. Sooo either fix the WT mod so that it has the same options as the patches file OR WARN PLAYERS!
